Privacy Policy

Effective: February 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how New Altitude LLC collects, uses, shares, and sells personal information in the United States, and the choices available to you. Please read it carefully - our business involves selling and sharing personal information, and section 9 explains how to opt out.

1. Who we are

New Altitude LLC (“New Altitude,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company operating a performance lead generation business in the United States. We acquire, verify, and deliver consumer inquiries - including web-form leads, live call transfers, and marketing data - to insurance agencies, carriers, home-services companies, and other business buyers.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in two distinct contexts:

  • Website visitors. People who visit newaltitude.io or contact us about buying leads. This is a business-to-business marketing site; we collect very little here.
  • Consumers. People who submit a quote request, call a marketing number, or otherwise respond to a marketing campaign operated by us or on our behalf. This is where most of the personal information we handle comes from, and where the rights described in this policy matter most.

By using this website or submitting information through one of our marketing properties, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information we collect from website visitors

Information you give us

This website has no forms, no accounts, and no checkout. If you email or call us using the contact details published on the site, we receive whatever you choose to share - typically your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, and the substance of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data when a page is requested, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of the request. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns.

3. Information we collect from consumers

When you request a quote or express interest in a product through a marketing property we own or operate - including landing pages, comparison sites, advertising campaigns, and inbound or outbound telephone campaigns - we may collect:

  • Contact information - name, postal address, email address, and telephone number.
  • Qualification and demographic information - information relevant to the product you asked about, such as date of birth or age range, ZIP code, gender, household size, coverage type and amount, current carrier, existing policy status, tobacco use, height and weight, vehicle year, make and model, driving history, homeownership status, property characteristics, project type, and similar details.
  • Consent records - the express written consent you provided, the exact disclosure language shown to you, the date and time of submission, the originating IP address, and independent consent certification such as a TrustedForm certificate or session recording.
  • Call recordings and transcripts - if you speak with one of our agents or contact centers, the call may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, verification, and compliance purposes. You will be notified at the start of the call.
  • Campaign and source metadata - the publisher, campaign, landing page, and device or browser information associated with your inquiry.
  • Information from third parties - we may receive personal information about you from publishers, marketing partners, data suppliers, and verification vendors, and we may verify or supplement that information using phone-validation, email-validation, litigation-scrub, and Do Not Call screening services.

Some of this information may be considered sensitive under state privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or medical records through our marketing properties, and we ask that you do not send them to us.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, quote request, or business question;
  • Match you with insurance agencies, carriers, home-services providers, or other businesses able to serve your request, and deliver your inquiry to them;
  • Verify, enrich, de-duplicate, and compliance-screen inquiry records before they are delivered;
  • Operate, monitor, and improve our marketing campaigns and contact centers;
  • Perform quality assurance, including reviewing recorded calls;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations and maintain the consent, suppression, and recordkeeping required by telemarketing and consumer protection laws; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. How we share and sell information

Our business involves selling and sharing personal information. When you submit a quote request, we transfer the resulting record - including your name and contact details - to one or more business buyers in exchange for payment. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable laws in other states, that transfer is a “sale” and may also be a “share.” You can opt out at any time; see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Business buyers. Insurance agencies, carriers, agents, home-services companies, and comparable businesses that purchase inquiry records, calls, or data from us. Once delivered, each buyer becomes an independent controller of that information and handles it under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
  • Marketing and distribution partners. Publishers, networks, aggregators, and exchanges that participate in the delivery of inquiries.
  • Service providers and vendors. Hosting, contact center, telephony, CRM, lead-delivery, email and SMS, analytics, and professional-services providers who process information on our behalf under contract.
  • Compliance and verification vendors. Consent certification, phone and email validation, Do Not Call and litigator scrubbing, and fraud prevention services.
  • Legal and safety recipients. Courts, regulators, and law enforcement where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Corporate transactions. Acquirers, successors, or investors in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not disclose the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age, and we do not sell or share such information.

7. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website

newaltitude.io sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tags, and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. The site does load two open-source animation libraries from public content delivery networks (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net); as with any request to a third-party server, those providers receive your IP address and browser user agent in order to serve the file.

Our marketing properties

The consumer-facing landing pages and campaigns we operate do use cookies, pixels, session recording, and similar technologies - both our own and those of advertising and analytics partners - to measure campaign performance, attribute conversions, prevent fraud, and deliver interest-based advertising. The specific technologies vary by campaign and are disclosed on the property where they are used.

Your controls

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
  • Interest-based advertising opt-outs are available from the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, and Google Ads Settings.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser that sends it.
  • We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser headers, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. We extend the core rights to all U.S. residents as a matter of practice, regardless of state.

  • Know and access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed or sold it.
  • Delete. Request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions - notably our obligation to retain consent and suppression records.
  • Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. Direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
  • Portability. Receive a copy of your information in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Appeal. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will inform you of the outcome in writing, and if the appeal is denied, how to contact your state attorney general.

These rights are provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and comparable laws in other states as they take effect.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@newaltitude.io or call (817) 539-8478. Tell us which right you are exercising and provide the telephone number and email address you used, so we can locate your record. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records, and may ask for additional information if we cannot make a match. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by an additional 45 days with notice.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still contact you directly to confirm the request.

California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request, once per year, a list of the third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. Send the request to privacy@newaltitude.io.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising, email privacy@newaltitude.io with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or call (817) 539-8478. Include the telephone number and email address you used so we can find your record.

You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to create one. We will process the request within 15 business days and will direct our downstream partners to stop further sale or sharing of the information we provided to them.

Sending a browser with Global Privacy Control enabled to our sites also registers an opt-out for that browser.

An opt-out stops future sale and sharing. It does not by itself undo a transfer already completed, and it does not require the businesses that already received your inquiry to delete it - contact them directly, or ask us and we will identify them.

10. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal obligations. In practice:

  • Consent records, disclosure language, consent certificates, and call recordings are retained for at least five years, which covers the statute of limitations applicable to telemarketing claims and allows us to substantiate consent if a claim is made.
  • Suppression and internal Do Not Call entries are retained indefinitely, because deleting them would defeat their purpose.
  • Inquiry and transaction records are retained as needed for accounting and audit.
  • Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

11. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and contractual protections with our vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers to us by email.

12. Children's privacy

Our website and marketing properties are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@newaltitude.io and we will delete it.

13. Third-party websites

Our website and marketing properties may link to sites we do not operate, and the businesses that receive your inquiry maintain their own websites and privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites or businesses, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide additional notice through our website. Continued use of our website or marketing properties after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

15. Contact us

For privacy questions, rights requests, or to revoke consent, contact us at privacy@newaltitude.io or (817) 539-8478. For general business inquiries, email hello@newaltitude.io.
